Pardo Digital LLC is a veteran-owned government and commercial project services company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Questions about this policy can be sent to team@pardodigital.com.

• Contact form submissions, including name, email, phone, and message.
• Project inquiry details, including project location, approximate square footage, anticipated dates, scope, and any supporting PDF or image files you choose to upload.
• Payment processing data, handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Website audit submissions, such as the URL you ask us to scan.
• Cost estimator inputs you choose to share.
• Website activity and business-visitor information supplied by analytics and website intelligence providers, including page views and referrer information.

We use the information you share to review project requirements, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, process payments, improve the site, and communicate with active clients. Submitting a government, flooring, or cloud inquiry does not enroll you in marketing email sequences. Legacy website-sales email sequences are retired by default.

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run the business:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Supabase for secure database storage of form submissions and lead data.
• Resend for transactional and follow-up email delivery.
• Google PageSpeed Insights for the website audit tool.
• Calendly for booking calls.
• Cloudflare for hosting and edge delivery.
• Apollo for website visitor analytics and business intelligence.

Lead, client, and project-supporting files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for project review, proposals, active engagements, recordkeeping, and other legitimate business purposes. Supporting files are stored in a private bucket and accessed by authorized administrators through short-lived download links. You can request deletion at any time by emailing team@pardodigital.com.

This site uses browser storage and similar technologies for core functionality, language preferences, and analytics. Third-party analytics or website intelligence providers may use their own technologies. You can block these in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send the request to team@pardodigital.com. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
